Can I trust you?
Yes, you can. We are a company based in France, and while we delegate our printing and payments operations to partners, we are in control and responsible of how your personal datas are handled under the french law.

Do you retain my personal datas?
Short answer: no.
Long answer: it’s complicated. We keep your order datas for the time strictly necessary to fulfill your order and ensure proper after-sell service.
However your orders references are retained for a maximum of 6 month, and we won’t share them with anybody anyhow, except the minimum needed for the fulfillment of your order with our partners located in Latvia and the US.
The partners we selected and are working with us to fulfill your order all adhere to strict data privacy policy under the EU-US Privacy Shield.
Additionally, we don’t engage in aggressive after-sale, re-targetting and retention marketing kung-fu. We hate that as much as you do.

How can I pay?
Paypal is our main payment processor.
This ensures both that we never have access to your payment informations and you have a streamlined shopping experience.
You can pay with your Paypal account or credit card.
Shipping
How long will the shipping take?
We are working with a reliable printing and shipping provider that is able to ship your order from Europe or the United States depending of your shipping location.
This means we can only give estimates on the shipping delays, 75% of orders are delivered in the lower estimate:
- European Union: 2-15 business days ( products are shipped from E.U )
- France, Portugal, Spain,…: 2-5 business days.
- Belgium, Germany,italy…: 4-12 business days.
- Sweden, Norway,…: 6-15 business days
- United States: 3-6 business days ( products are shipped from the U.S. )
- Rest of the world (examples): 8-25 business days
- Russia: 10-25 business days.
- Argentina, Colombia, LATAM: 8-14 days.
- Singapore: 8-20 business days.
- China: 8-14 business days.
- UAE: 10-20 business days.
We don’t currently ship to the following countries and territories: Brunei, Eritrea, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Guadeloupe, Laos, Martinique, Mongolia, Myanmar, Reunion Island, Samoa, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, South Sudan, Tajikistan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Yemen.
What about customs taxes?
There is as much local legislation as countries in the world. We can’t handle them all. For example, if your shipping address is inside the E.U., your order is sent from a country belonging to the Shengen economic space, so you shouldn’t pay any customs taxes. The same applies to the US and Canada.
For any other country, before placing an order on our website, check your local legislation on customs importation fees based on the value of your order. You are responsible for the payment of any eventually incurring customs importation taxes on orders fulfilled thru this website.
